Merchandiser

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales/Merchandiser to join the Jacksonville Branch of Az Southeast LLC, representing Arizona Iced Tea Beverages. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Stock and organize Arizona Iced Tea products in stores, ensuring displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.

• Cooler Resets: Execute cooler resets and ensure products are placed according to planograms.

• Route Coverage: Provide route sales support as needed, including direct store deliveries and order placement.

• Money Room Coverage: Assist with cash room and documentation as required, when needed. 

• Warehouse Duties: Support warehouse operations, including inventory organizing, cleaning, and repacking damages. 

• Delivery Assistance:  Assist drivers to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries to customers. (When needed)

• Territory Coverage: Willingness to travel across all territories within the Jacksonville Branch to meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly Car Allowance & Commissions: Additional earning opportunities when covering routes.

• Vacation & Sick Time:

• 2 weeks of paid vacation per year (increases to 3 weeks after 5 years).

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the branch territory. You will use your own car for this role.

• Ability to lift and move heavy cases/products as needed.

• Prior experience in merchandising, sales, or warehouse operations is a plus.
