Acts as a liaison between patient/families and Business Office for gathering current insurance information, verifying demographics are accurate, and resolving patient’s billing/care concerns. Must possess the ability to work with demanding customers and under pressure. Education/Certification: High School graduate   Experience: Prior Customer Service experience a must. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a physician or hospital setting.
