Job Summary Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Jacksonville–Windy Hill medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients age 18 and older and is passionate about building meaningful, long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, value-based care environment. Opportunity Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Provide care to adult patients age 18 and older Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends No on-call responsibilities Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Value-based care model focused on quality and patient outcomes Strong clinical and administrative support Modern technology and resources Opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships Essential Job Functions Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients age 18 and older. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, health screenings, and immunizations as appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing. Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills. Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. Ability and willingness to provide care to adult patients age 18 and older. Spanish language skills preferred, but not required.
