The Processing and Support Representative will confirm, endorse, service and support internal and external property insurance customers. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm located in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer-initiated requests
- Process deductible changes and cancellations
- Add, edit, and remove mortgage lender information
- Prepare evidence of insurance documents
- Act on vacancy and foreclosure notifications
- Research undefined inquiries
- Communicate with insureds and agents
- Provide exceptional service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous property and casualty experience preferred
