Title: Interior Construction Project Manager
Report to: Market Leader
Desired Experience and Skills:
• 5-10 years related experience
• Construction experience required, field oversight experience preferred
• Degrees/Certificates not required but considered: Construction Management, CM Technology, PM AAS, PMP
Role Summary:
Responsible for client strategy, solutions oversight, product sign-offs, design oversight (project level), construction
meeting leadership, coordination with general contractor (GC), on-site field/installation oversight, target punch free projects, client walk throughs, client move-ins, and day two accountability.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the resources to
  ensure timely, on-target and quality
  deliverables
• Match client needs to appropriate solutions
• Describe the technical details of our products and
  communicate their value
• Plan the project – scope, schedule, resources
 and dependencies
• Point of Contact for planning and
  execution with construction partners
• Qualify opportunities throughout the
  process
• Identify potential opportunities through client,
  partners and GC relationships
• Manage the sale, closure and delivery of
  transactions through direct and indirect
  influence
• Articulate and defend our value
• Contract negotiations and pricing oversight with
  tracking through accounting system.
• Source products and subcontractors
• Manage relationships with the client and
  GC post project – through day 2 needs
• Ability to manage task on multiple
  projects simultaneously.
