Punch Technician, Drywall

Description

We're looking for a dependable Punch-Out Technician to complete final drywall repairs and corrections before homes are ready for paint or builder turnover. You enjoy solving problems and delivering seamless finished products.

What You’ll Do 

• Repair drywall damage, cracks, nail pops, and other punch items  
• Tape, mud, sand, and texture repairs to match existing finishes  
• Complete final walkthrough repairs identified by builders  
• Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality workmanship  
• Keep work areas clean and organized  
• Follow all company safety procedures 

What You Need 

• Previous drywall finishing experience  
• Ability to match existing textures and finishes  
• Strong attention to detail  
• Ability to work independently  
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite
