Punch Technician, Lanscaping

Description

We're seeking a Punch-Out Technician to complete final landscaping corrections before communities are turned over to builders. You take pride in creating polished, attractive outdoor spaces and ensuring every project meets quality expectations.

What You’ll Do 

• Replace damaged plants, sod, mulch, and landscape materials  
• Complete irrigation adjustments related to landscaping installations  
• Address deficiencies identified during builder walkthroughs  
• Maintain clean jobsites and equipment  
• Communicate project needs with supervisors  
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality 

What You Need: 

• Previous landscaping experience  
• Knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation  
• Strong attention to detail  
• Ability to work independently  
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite
