Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Accurately process customer payments and balance daily cash and credit card transactions. Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate Sales, Service, or Parts team member. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the Audi brand. Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties to support daily operations. Represent The Hanania Way by delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart Previous receptionist, cashier, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. A friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills. Professional appearance and strong customer-first mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems. Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and a true team player. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
