Job Summary: Ensure that all required documentation for federal funding eligibility (IV-E, Social Services Block Grant, TANF) is completed on appropriate forms. Enter all required eligibility documentation into necessary automated systems. Keeps files up-to-date and neatly maintained. Essential Duties: Complete tasks to ensure accuracy and completion of: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) applications on each in out-of-home and in-home placement. Title IVE determinations as assigned Medicaid issues for foster care and adopted children Monitor Master Trust account balances to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee the Master Trust Purchase Process. Prepare and enter Master Trust invoices into Great Plains®. Create and post Master Trust batches Maintain adoption file case load and process pre-and-post adoption files and 5146. Manage the daily shelter process through follow up and assignment phase Manage the Monthly MAS TANF application Enter Adoption Title IV-E/Medicaid eligibility data in FSFN for pending adoptions. Enter adoption demographic information in Adoption Subsidy database. Electronically File all pertinent eligibility documents in foster care. Lead the Bi-Weekly Missing Eligibility Call File all pertinent eligibility documents in the paper adoption files. Complete notification to ESS/CIC regarding status/eligibility changes for children in foster care, relative placement and adoption. Monitor DCF Help Desk tickets for the RevMax Department. Ensure that eligibility in all automated systems matches eligibility on Notice of Case Action (NOCA). Other Duties: Provide placement/eligibility information for community partners Coordinate the Northeast Florida CBC RevMax call. Participate in Rev Max weekly conference calls. Verify Medicaid in FLMMIS Perform other duties. QualificationsEducation: 4 Year Degree Preferred. Experience: Two years in a clerical, data management or related field. Experience in federally funded entitlement programs preferred. Knowledge of foster care, relative caregiver, adoption, Medicaid and TANF systems necessary. Experience in data management and data entry helpful. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Valid driver’s license To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
