Job overview

As a Solution Architect at Medius, you will design and implement best-practice spend management solutions that translate complex customer business requirements into scalable, cloud-based configurations. You will lead technical and functional workshops, guide customers through Source-to-Pay and Purchase-to-Pay process improvements, and ensure successful deployment of Medius SaaS applications and ERP integrations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to assess requirements, configure APIs and standard integrations, and optimize system performance across global environments. This role requires deep expertise in Medius platforms, SaaS implementations, and VAT-related procurement processes, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

• Design solutions, translating customer business requirements into best practice solution setup. 

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree or higher (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or a closely related field.

501 Riverside Ave, Suite 502, Jacksonville, FL 32202 and various unanticipated work locations (Remote work from any home office in the State of Florida is authorized.)

Medius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. 

The estimated base salary range for this role is $124,000 to $134,000 USD, which represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position. 

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
