  • Own the strategic roadmap for the data platform product portfolio, translating long-term vision into prioritized investment decisions and actionable plans.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to align platform strategy with organizational priorities, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology leaders.
  • Define and communicate platform product requirements, release goals, and design direction for a large-scale enterprise portfolio.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making by embedding test-and-learn practices across the product team.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs continuously, present performance reviews to executive audiences, and develop resolution plans for issues that affect delivery outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a team of product management professionals, including full people management responsibility covering hiring, performance, coaching, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure all product and platform decisions are made with appropriate risk awareness, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience leading and managing technology teams, with the ability to develop product management talent and build high-performing teams.
  • Ability to construct and present robust business cases using data, metrics, and analytical frameworks to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
  • Track record of operating at a senior stakeholder level, with strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and communicating across business and technology functions.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product requirements, platform design direction, and release planning for large enterprise portfolios.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
