Overnight Client Service Representatives
Our greatest need is for dedicated overnight team members who enjoy working evenings and overnights while supporting our 24-hour emergency hospital.
Available Overnight Shifts Include:
- Ā 7:00 PM ā 7:00 AMĀ
- Ā 10:00 PM ā 5:00 AMĀ
- Ā Additional overnight schedules may be available.Ā
ā Weekend Client Service Representatives
We're also expanding our weekend team with opportunities on:
- Ā SaturdaysĀ
- Ā SundaysĀ
- Ā Full-day, swing, and evening shifts availableĀ

What You'll Do
- Ā Welcome and support clients during emergency and specialty visitsĀ
- Ā Coordinate patient check-in and dischargeĀ
- Ā Answer multi-line phones and assist referring veterinariansĀ
- Ā Maintain accurate medical recordsĀ
- Ā Support doctors and technicians in delivering exceptional client serviceĀ
- Ā Help create a calm, compassionate experience during stressful situationsĀ
We're Looking For Team Members Who Are
