Oversee daily warehouse staff/operations ensuring that all inventory is properly categorized and accounted for. Receive, stock, issue, ship inventory and process transactions in the system of record.Â
What you will be responsible for: Â
•    Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory-handling. Direct warehouse personnel as necessary.Â
•    Inspect incoming material against receiving paperwork.
•    Process incoming receipts for stock and/or direct turn-over to the customer.
•    Verify outgoing orders to repair vendors
•    Stock inventory into shelf locations.Â
•    Responsible for maintaining accuracy of the MIS and accuracy of the physical inventory.Â
•    All other duties as assigned
What you will need to be successful in this role: Â
•    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Â
•    Must have at least 4 years of related experience and/or training.Â
•    Experience in supply management and logistical support functions
•    Must have an understanding of Military Supply Chain processes and inventory practices.
•    Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.Â
•    Must have great organization, communications and time management skills.Â
•    This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

•    The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment.Â
•    Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and comply with OSHA standardsÂ
•    The standard hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30 to 11:00 pm, but may be required to work additional hours as-needed.
