We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees, as well as managing and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary
- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
- Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests
- Assist with the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
