Position Overview  

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Loan Administrator to join our growing team. 

Essential Functions:  

  • Analyze financial data and credit worthiness related to loan requests and/or program. Will be trained how to analyze Credit, Income & Asset documentation
  • Perform and evaluate risk on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors.
  • Record loan denials and specific basis for declining applications for HMDA purposes.
  • Issue Pre-Approvals and Approval letters to qualified applicants
  • Communicate with Partners, Retailers and Third Party vendors on behalf of borrowers
  • Follows Lender/Investor specific underwriting requirements
  • Evaluate property appraisals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness relative to loan being requested
  • Assist loan processors and marketing for complete loan closing and funding procedures
  • Review loan documentation and vendor reports to identify signs of fraudulent activity.
  • Follow and implement underwriting policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:  

  • Maintain client relationships and provide superior customer service.
  • 2 plus year’s preferred
  • Will be trained how to analyze Credit, Income & Asset documentation
  • Encompass knowledge is helpful
  • Knowledge of the Manufactured Home Industry is a plus
  • Must be able to Multi-task
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

 

Physical Demand:  

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to physically type
