Description

McIver Clinic has been a trusted leader in urological care in Jacksonville since 1921. With multiple locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area and more than 27 providers, we deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of urology, from minimally invasive procedures to complex surgery and oncology.


We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered CT Technologist to join our perioperative team in a busy office-based urology surgery center on a PRN basis. The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing computed tomography examinations.


The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of anatomy, high-quality patient care, and the ability to operate and understand CT equipment.


Essential Job Functions:聽

  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
  • Prepare and position patients for scanning, explaining the process to alleviate patient concerns
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
  • Inspect and maintain imaging equipment
  • Assist radiologists with image guided procedures
  • Collaborate with radiology staff and other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements

Required education and experience:

  • CPR Certification
  • ARRT Certification
  • 路Valid Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist License

Preferred education and experience:

  • BLS

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
