We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher / Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in forming, setting grades, placing concrete, and achieving proper finish and slope requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality workmanship on concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
Build and install concrete forms.
Accurately set points, establish grade, and ensure proper slope percentages.
Place, pull, and finish concrete to required specifications.
Perform smooth, broomed, or specialty finishes based on project needs.
Use finishing tools, screeds, trowels, floats, and vibrators proficiently.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a concrete finisher or carpenter with strong skills in forming and finishing.
Ability to build forms, set grades, and establish accurate slopes.
Strong understanding of concrete behavior, curing times, and finishing techniques.
Ability to use all standard concrete tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
Capable of lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with commercial concrete projects
Ability to operate small equipment (skid steer, power trowel, etc.)
Knowledge of ADA slope requirements
