We're looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join Rally Construction Group as Concrete Formworker. As an integral member of our construction team, you'll assist with the preparation, installation, and finishing of residential concrete projects. What You’ll Do

Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms and molds
Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
Assist with placing reinforcing materials, including rebar and wire mesh
Operate hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule

What You Need

Ability to read plans and layout form work
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques preferred
Previous experience in concrete or construction is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
