What You'll Do:

• Complete resident service requests
• Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, construction, and drywall repairs
• Remove debris and help keep the property looking its best
• Organize and maintain the maintenance shop
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as part of an on-call rotation

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• HVAC experience preferred
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• Weekend and on-call availability required
