Job DetailsJob Location: Christs Church - Mandarin Campus - Jacksonville, FL 32258Position Type: Part TimeRole Overview & Scope As part of the Facility team, the Housekeeping Technician ensures that all environmental expectations are met or exceeded on a daily basis. Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and disinfecting all areas of the facility. Perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor repairs throughout the campuses. This role is expected to demonstrate the highest level of customer service for both internal and external relationships while responding to all requests with an attitude that exemplifies Jesus Christ.   Responsibilities & Tasks  People Receives vision and prioritization from the Campus Director and/or Facilities Manager(s) for supporting campus environments Collaborates with other Facility-Housekeeping Technicians to ensure consistency of support and communication protocols Responds to requests from both internal and external customers Process Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing and trash removal. Provide high level customer service for church/school events and community activities including set up and clean up. (Room set-up, chair, and table distribution, etc.) This includes but not limited to holidays of Christmas and Easter Secure campus doors/windows at all times to ensure a safe environment Respond to requests, last minute needs, unscheduled events, changes, etc. regarding building use Promote a positive working environment and high quality of work Monitor and inspect campus for safety and cleanliness. Maintain and make minor repairs. Notify manager of hazardous or harmful situations Monitors and coordinates the procurement of products as needed  Assists with the organization of supplies and storage maintenance Attend work and arrive in a timely manner Operate large cleaning equipment and assist with floor maintenance Systems Utilize ToDo List application for tasks required each day Utilize Paycom to perform all time management responsibilities  Utilize Office 365 suite of products, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Christ's Church ministries utilize the following resource for employee related fingerprinting - https://info.flclearinghouse.com.
