Punch Technician, Framing

Description

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to complete final framing corrections and repairs before homes are turned over to the builder. You take pride in quality workmanship, work independently, and understand the importance of delivering a finished product that exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do 

• Complete framing repairs and adjustments identified during builder walkthroughs  
• Repair damaged framing members and address installation deficiencies  
• Verify framing meets plans, specifications, and quality standards  
• Work closely with field supervisors to resolve punch items efficiently  
• Maintain tools, materials, and an organized work area  
• Meet builder deadlines while following company safety standards 

What You Need 

• Previous residential framing experience  
• Ability to identify and correct framing deficiencies  
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs  
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite
