Description

We're looking for an experienced Paint Finisher who takes pride in producing high-quality painted surfaces from start to finish. You'll apply paints and coatings throughout the production process, ensuring every home receives a professional, consistent finish that meets Rally Construction Group's standards.

What You’ll Do

Apply interior and exterior paints, stains, and specialty coatings
Perform cutting, rolling, brushing, and spray applications
Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, priming, and masking
Maintain consistent color, texture, and finish quality throughout the project
Work efficiently to meet builder production schedules
Operate and maintain painting equipment
Follow all company safety and quality standards

What You Need

Experience with residential painting applications
Knowledge of spray equipment, rollers, brushes, and specialty finishes
Ability to maintain production quality in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
