Navarino Property Management | Full-Time

Navarino Property Management is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily property team.

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, can troubleshoot independently, and understands the importance of keeping residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Do

Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building issues.
Complete apartment turns and make-ready work, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and installations.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas.
Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with residents and the property management team.
Maintain accurate work-order and service records.
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of multifamily, apartment, residential, or related maintenance experience preferred
Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
Apartment turn/make-ready experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of multiple maintenance trades
Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to safely perform physical maintenance duties
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required by the property
