Employment Status & Pay: Full-Time | Hourly                                            Starting Pay: $17/hour

Work Location: Onsite

Seat Purpose: 

Lead shift-level execution by ensuring excellent customer service, staff productivity, and operational readiness during assigned shifts. This position requires availability Monday through Sunday between 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including every other weekend.

Core Accountabilities: 

  • Lead and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure consistent customer service standards on the floor and at POS.
  • Manage POS opening/closing and cash controls including banking.
  • Deploy staff effectively to meet service and productivity needs.
  • Coach associates on service, productivity, and standards.
  • Maintain store readiness, safety, and visual standards during shifts.
  • Open and/or close the store as a key holder.
  • Manage schedules and breaks during assigned shifts.

Key Metrics: 

  • Shift-level POS variance
  • Sales per labor hour (shift-level)
  • Floor readiness and merchandising audits
  • Customer service observations
  • Attendance and turnover on assigned shifts

Job criteria: 

Education & experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Knowledge, skills, & abilities

  • Ability to interact and communicate with customers, donors, and other team members.
  • Ability to work in an environment consisting of odors, dust, and extreme fluctuations in temperature.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Knowledge of First Aid and safety.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required to drive an ESGWND vehicle or personal vehicle on company business.
