Continuous Improvement Manager (OPEX)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, yield, productivity, and cost while building sustainable processes that support long-term operational success. The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the Continuous Improvement Team and Development Team (Training), working closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Shipping & Receiving to drive measurable results across the plant.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment. They will spend significant time on the production floor, partnering with employees and leaders to understand challenges, implement solutions, and sustain improvements.
