Job DetailsJob Location: Jamestown, CA 95327Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeSalary Range: $15.50 - $15.50 HourlyJob Shift: AnyBeverage Porter  Position Summary As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Beverage Porter is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Beverage Porter is responsible for ensuring all allotted beverage stations are maintained clean, spotless, and orderly, adhering to all safety and health standards. The role also ensures all beverage stations are properly stocked, ensuring freshness and proper rotation of products. Position Functions Essential Functions •   Provide friendly, quick, exceptional service to Guests and Team Members. •   Communicate to management any shortages, overages, or areas of concern that require immediate attention. •   Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area and ensure supplies are in good working order. •   Ensure all Beverage storage rooms are kept organized (especially kegs) and neatly put away. •   All hard liquor bottles must be combined with the same type of liquor at night's end when restocking in the Warehouse. •   Adhere to the Beverage Inventory Policy. •   Stock and rotate bars as required, respond to bartender requests for stock, and check bars to monitor stock levels. •   Complete all Bar requisitions in an accurate and timely manner. •   Rotate stock when product comes in. Maintain all products that are out of date, and use the First In, First Out rule. •   Delivery of all bar items to bars in a timely manner, return all items to Warehouse and ensure all alcohol is properly locked up. •   Add product to bars when low and never allow stock to run out.  •   Other duties as assigned. Skills •   Strong listening and communication skills. •   Problem-solving and critical thinking. •   Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance. •   Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards. •   Demonstrates a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others. •   Provides exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all. •   Stays engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others. •   Builds lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication. •   Driven to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair. •   Balance an egg on top of one head while performing all job functions. Qualifications Minimum requirements: •   Must be at least 21 years of age. •   Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification. •   Understanding of bar terminology and various types of alcoholic beverages. •   Knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
