Job DetailsJob Location: Jamestown, CA 95327Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: AnyCage Shift Supervisor Position Summary As a Team Member of the Cage team, the Cage Shift Supervisor is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Cage Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Cage: monitoring and safeguarding CRCR assets and ensuring compliance with internal controls, Title 31, and all other business policies and procedures. Position Functions Essential Functions •    Provide exceptional internal and external Guest service, treating each with courtesy and consideration. •    Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are being performed according to established departmental standards. •    Cooperate and communicate with all Team Members, always showing respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful attitude. •    Monitor Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers to ensure transactions are properly completed, ensuring adherence to all MICS, Title 31, and departmental policies and procedures, and providing feedback to Management.  •    Assist Cage Cashiers in buys and even exchanges. •    Closely supervise all cash flow and accompanying transactions into and out of the Cage; ensuring tight security is maintained in the Cage. •    Resolve Guest concerns and/or complaints in order to maintain positive Guest relations, expediting any issues to the appropriate departments, as necessary. •    Complete daily deposits and review internal audit documentation for accuracy and completion.  •    Ensure balancing of all cash banks. •    Verify daily drop/count to the main bank when the Cage Cashier is unavailable. •    Monitor and maintain kiosk and ATM status and balances. •    Service kiosks and ATMs to include full balancing midpoint adjustments, adding or decreasing currency, and the overall upkeep of supplies and maintenance. •    Verify Cage Cashier’s banks and, if a variance exists, initiate an investigation, as necessary. •    Troubleshoot coin and currency counting equipment problems. •    Complete end-of-month cash inventory counts, reporting and submitting in a timely manner to management and Accounting. •    Document and inform management of all incidents or disputes relating to Guests, Team Members, and inter-departmental situations. •    Perform Cage Cashier and Main Banker duties as necessary. •    Perform other duties as assigned. Core Shift Supervisor Competencies  •    Leads and manages people and processes while overseeing and directing daily department operations. •    Serves as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures. •    Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and Team Member engagement.  •    Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations to Leads and Team Members.  •    Set and oversee objectives and development for Leads and Team Members. •    Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements. •    Assists with employment terminations exclusively under the guidance and oversight of department management. Skills •    Strong listening and communication skills. •    Problem-solving and critical thinking. •    Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance. •    Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.  •    Demonstrates a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others. •    Provides exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all.  •    Stays engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others.  •    Builds lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication. •    Driven to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair. •    Count and sort eggs blindfolded while only listening to smooth jazz.  Qualifications Minimum requirements: •    Must be at least 21 years of age. •    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). •    2+ years in a Casino banking Lead or Supervisory role. •    Familiarity with training Team Members. •    Familiarity with cash handling with large volumes of cash and its policy and procedures.   •    Basic math skills. •    Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.   Preferred qualifications:  •    3+ years in a Casino banking Lead or Supervisory role.
