Projects include company branding, documentary, entertaining, inspirational, and educational videos about the home, and commercial production for television and streaming broadcast. Able to scout locations, set lighting, and shoot quality video content and record clean audio. Creative thinker. Able to conceptualize different video ads based on business needs & execute a strategy to produce it through to completion. Interviewing and directing video subjects and talent from behind the camera. Creative concept development, scripting, and story boarding of video projects. Non-linear video editing and rendering/encoding. Strong knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects and ability to work with Mac based technology. Manipulation and creating of motion graphics. Ability to provide feedback and work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other cross-functional partners. Ability to assist with still photography, including retouching & resizing on an as needed basis, including employee headshots. Strong organization skills in filing both finished projects and raw footage, as use of multiple files and formats into new projects is conducted. Ability to work collaboratively with media buying agency. Understands how to deliver broadcast ads to them in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are hit. Basic understanding of OTT streaming advertising, how to program ads online, measure KPIs, and report results to company leadership. Understanding of how to craft appropriate AI prompts to drive efficiencies in writing scripts, AI voice-over, animation, topic discovery, and more. Ability to utilize AI tools and assistants to streamline workflows, production, and editing. AI is used to accelerate ideation and production, not to replace creative judgment or on-camera direction. Onsite position Competencies Communication Integrity Accountability Customer focus QualificationsRequired Education and Experience An Associate degree in Communications, or related field and/or two years industry experience. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited University with a major in Communications, or related field. Two years of video editing and production experience. Familiarity with a variety of production equipment including Canon C-100’s/CannonC-300’s professional video cameras, wireless lavaliers and shotgun microphones, dolly tracks, etc. Strong storytelling and conceptual skills. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
