Job DetailsJob Location: Jamestown Office - Jamestown, ND 58401Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $34.67 - $52.01Job Shift: DayJob Category: Health CareOur mission:  'To provide comfort and care through life's journey."  Join our team today! Position Summary The Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager provides a provision of nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Hospice. All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support. This position is part-time (0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week), benefit eligible and will be based out of our Jamestown office and serve the surrounding communities. Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees. QualificationsQualifications •   Minimum of RN degree; BSN preferred. •   Minimum of one year of experience as a hospital staff nurse and/or minimum of two years of experience in health care. •   Strong interpersonal communication, counseling, and teaching skills •   Flexibility in scheduling; team player •   Familiarity with principles related to dying and death strongly preferred Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required •   Current state RN licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota •   Current drivers license and auto insurance
