Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing a safe environment for patients and staff as defined by applicable codes and standards
  • Performs functions of patching painting, light repairs, and pool maintenance.
  • Works cooperatively with Security and Cleaning personnel
  • Assists in ground maintenance
  • Performs snow and ice removal
  • Proficient in using on-line work request system and completes work orders in a timely matter
  • Performs duties as time allows, assisting and supporting patient care including but not limited to laundry duties, stocking and distribution of supplies, receiving and distribution of materials.

Certification and Licensure

Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance when requested.
