Compensation
- Base pay starting at $50,000/yr

Job Duties
Provide Executive Administrative support for our Executive Leadership team.
- Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Leaders in our organization such as managing active calendars, composing/preparing correspondences that are sometimes confidential, coordinating meeting itineraries and agendas, occasionally handling customer calls, compiling documents, and presentations as needed.
- Administrate and support key initiatives and meetings including associated tasks such as planning, communications, and catering.
Coordinate Special Events - Plan and schedule Travel as needed to support Company events and functions.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
- Anticipate needs of executives and prioritize responsibilities to support. Manage day to day and look ahead to longer term goals/schedules.
- Operate as an organized and efficient professional, representing Blain’s with both internal & external partners.
- Participate in continuing education and training as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This role requires: approximately 30% of travel
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to research, analyze, and report on data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint.
- Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills
