Entry-Level Automotive Technician – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level Automotive Technician who is interested in building a career in the automotive industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an interest in vehicles, and wants to develop professional automotive repair skills.

Previous automotive experience or technical training is a plus, but this is an entry-level opportunity. You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning proper diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic vehicle maintenance and preventative services
Complete oil changes and fluid checks
Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance concerns
Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and related services
Check and replace basic vehicle components as needed
Assist experienced technicians with more advanced repairs
Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
Use basic automotive tools and shop equipment safely
Follow manufacturer service procedures and repair guidelines
Maintain accurate service and inspection documentation
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
Continue developing automotive knowledge and technical skills

Qualifications

Interest in pursuing a career in automotive repair or service
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous automotive experience, automotive training, or technical school experience is a plus
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and motivated
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Valid driver's license required
