Assistant Manager needs are:
available day or night. Hours of operations are 9:30am to 2am in most cases. Welling to work about 45-50 hours a week and Holiday's

Math skills, Delivery, inventory, interviewing, Prepping, handling the rush, challenging others, cost controls, and people management
