What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

In this role, you will:

Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process
Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases
Accurately submit and manage cost variances

What You Bring

2–3 years of related construction experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required, including daytime and occasional nighttime travel)
Ability to take ownership, go the extra mile, and follow through (Care)
Strong customer mindset, turning challenges into positive experiences (Serve)
Willingness to grow, adapt, and continuously improve (Improve)
