Amada Operator- Cell I (1st Shift)
Objective:
Ability to do any type of CNC Turret Punch Press work whether standard, special or extremely complicated on all types of material without supervision.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills.
Good print reading skills.
Good measurement skills.
Good computer skills.
Good housekeeping skills.
Key Job Requirements:
Setup shearing of all parts to be punched.
Familiar with tooling and capabilities of each.
Efficient and safe operation of CNC's and shears.
Keep folders and tapes updated and orderly.
Keep records of production rates, rework and downtime.
Quality check of parts for accuracy and defects.
Check parts against bills.
Knowledge of proper die clearances.
Calculate tonnage requirements on tooling.
Correct tape errors.
Enter program manually into CNC.
Ergonomics:
Close vision and peripheral vision.
Standing for long periods of time.
Unaided lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shift: Â This is a first shift position 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime.Â
