Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop Hand to support daily shop and yard operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our facility organized and running efficiently by assisting with vehicle movement, lot organization, and general shop support. 

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily shop and yard operations
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lot and work areas
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior as needed)
Move and stage vehicles to support shop workflow
Assist with vehicle check-in (inspect and verify condition)
Support technicians and shop staff as needed
Load, unload, and organize parts and equipment
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues
Operate company vehicles for local pickups or deliveries as needed
Complete basic documentation accurately

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Strong organization and attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Previous shop, warehouse, or lot experience is a plus
