What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions for customers
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
Educate customers on repair and replacement options—without high-pressure sales tactics
Maintain communication with dispatch and office staff
Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and professional
Participate in an on-call rotation
Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism and pride
Support your teammates and help build a positive company culture

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Service Plumbing experience is a must.
