Job DetailsJob Location: All GLC Properties - Grove, OK 74344Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $16.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyPlayers Club Supervisor  Department: Marketing  Classification: Key  Exemption Status: Non-exempt  Reports To: Refer to Org-Chart  Pay Grade: $16.00 per hour Location:  All GLC Properties  Position Summary — The Players Club Supervisor oversees the shift operations of the Players Club.  Essential Functions — An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation.  Supervise department staff, overseeing timecard reviews, corrective actions, and departmental scheduling.   Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure optimal productivity.  Ensuring that workflow processes are followed and that tasks are completed on time. Coordinating and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals.  Assists the department manager with the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and hiring and termination procedures for employees.  Training new employees on departmental processes, procedures, and safety protocols. Providing Provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance skills and performance.  Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills while fostering positive relationships with both guests and staff.   Adhere strictly to reporting requirements, the employee handbook, departmental policies, and safety regulations established by Grand Lake Casino.  Assists Player’s Club Representatives and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner.   Evaluates members' play and encourages carded play at all times.   Promptly answers in-bound telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.  Keeps up to date on all Marketing and Player Development activities and events.   Explains how to use Free Play and the Player’s Club program in detail and redeem guests' points for cash.  Creates a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, and mutual respect.   Completes all required paperwork and forms in a precise, efficient, and timely manner.  Performs required audits and related paperwork as required.  Qualifications    High school diploma or G.E.D., customer service experience, and basic computer skills required.  One to Two (1-2) years’ experience in a related field Preferred.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities   Ability to lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.  Ability to multitask and work as part of the team and to promote a cooperative approach between departments.  Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite  and Adobe.    Ability to maintain composure during possible high stress situations.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking.   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Other Requirements — Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state issued I.D. All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Physical Requirements — Position requires the ability to twist, stoop, bend, use extensive and repetitive hand movements, and lift up to 35 lbs. It requires the ability to stand for extended periods and input data, may require sitting or standing for entire shifts.  Work Environment — Grand Lake Casino is a drug and alcohol-free workplace; Must be able to work in a casino environment which includes high levels of smoke, dust, noise, and bright flashing lights.  Special Working Conditions — Position requires flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays.  This position description is not an exhaustive listing of the expectations associated with the role and additional tasks may be assigned as needed by management.
