What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll run the show—balancing leadership, operations, and customer care.

  • Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
  • Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance.
  • Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

  • Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
  • Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
