All Source Analyst - Jr

Bluehawk is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support defense intelligence missions focused on foreign military capabilities, regional security developments, and emerging threats within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.

The analyst will conduct multi-INT analysis to produce actionable intelligence products supporting operational planning, strategic assessments, and crisis response for senior Department of Defense leaders, Combatant Commands, and national-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis on foreign military forces, capabilities, leadership, and force disposition (Order of Battle).
• Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, and reports supporting operational and strategic mission requirements.
• Fuse intelligence from HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other sources to support situational awareness and threat analysis.
• Contribute to Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) and Indications & Warning (I&W) activities.
• Update and maintain intelligence databases such as MIDB, MARS, and related systems.
• Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community partners, and allied organizations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Minimum 3 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience producing intelligence products and briefing senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with foreign military analysis, regional security issues, or operational intelligence support

Desired Experience

• Support to INDOPACOM or other Combatant Command missions
• Experience with Order of Battle analysis, warning intelligence, or foundational intelligence
• Exposure to cyber, space, or transnational threat analysis
