Our Hawaiʻi Kai Preschool is looking for a caring, dependable Kitchen Assistant to help keep 35 hungry keiki (and 5–6 staff!) happy and well-fed each day.

This is the perfect role for someone who:

• Enjoys working around children

• Has experience feeding a crowd (large family, church events, group gatherings, etc.)

• Wants meaningful part-time work during the day

• Believes even small roles make a big difference

What You’ll Do:

• Dish out a delicious lunch delivered by our catering partner

• Serve meals to classrooms with care and attention

• Wash breakfast and lunch dishes

• Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen space

• Support meal routines that help children feel safe and cared for

You’ll be trained on everything you need to know — but if you’ve prepped meals for large groups before, that’s a big plus!
