What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
- Work closely with nurses to provide excellent resident care.
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Support and mentor new CNAs as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Current CNA certification.
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Experience with resident care documentation is a plus.
