Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Bachelor's Level Mental Health Professional to join our team at Algoa Correctional Center located in Jefferson City, Missouri. The Bachelor’s Level Mental Health Professional provides basic mental health treatment in the form of psycho-educational groups and mental health rounds, and assists with discharge planning/re-entry, and serves in other supportive roles, as requested, to the mental health staff under the supervision of licensed mental health staff in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team in a correctional setting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling or related field) from an accredited educational institution required Experience conducting psycho-educational groups preferred Experience in a correctional environment preferred Minimum of one year experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred Must show current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable Available Shift: Monday-Friday, Days, 7:30am-4:00pm or 8am-4:30pm We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...   INDMHM
