If you’re an experienced, highly skilled automotive technician, Farris offers a pay structure designed to reward your ability without forcing you to choose between paycheck stability and production upside.
What We Offer
Weekly Paycheck — qualifying technicians can receive an established guaranteed rate of up to $45 per hour, with up to a 40-hour weekly guarantee.
Production Pay Above 40 Hours — flagged hours above 40 are paid at 2x your established guaranteed hourly rate. A technician established at $45 per hour can earn $90 per hour on qualifying flagged hours above 40.
Monday–Friday Schedule — 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Compensation based on your experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

Job Duties
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Use your technical experience to identify the correct repair and complete quality work.
Maintain accurate repair documentation.
Continue developing your technical knowledge through manufacturer and dealership training.
Contribute to a professional, productive service department.
What We’re Looking For
An experienced automotive technician with strong dealership-level repair skills.
Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently.
A technician who takes pride in their skill and wants compensation that recognizes it.
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, or other manufacturer experience can be valuable, but technicians from other OEM backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
