DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance/Custodial Team Member assists in maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store's facilities. The Maintenance/Custodial Team Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains exterior areas (parking lot, fuel dispensers, etc.)
• Cleans and stocks all indoor areas and fixtures (fountain soda area, beverage and beer coolers, restrooms, etc.)
• Cleans equipment, inside and outside windows, and stock rooms
• Completes light maintenance work as needed (changing light bulbs, minor fixes to equipment, etc.)
• Empties inside and outside trash cans
• Maintain Car Wash

QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive attitude
• Friendly, patient and honest
• Ability to perform maintenance work without restrictions
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• High School Graduate or equivalent
