Job DetailsJob Location: MO, Jefferson City - Jefferson City Correctional Center - JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65101Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Professional DegreeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Medical Physician & Advanced Practice ProviderCenturion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.   We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to work 30 hours per week at Jefferson City Correctional Center located in Jefferson City, Missouri.   The Physician provides medical assessments and evaluations, provides treatment for emergent, urgent, and routine medical issues, provides and supervises medical treatment for chronic medical conditions, and participates in organizational initiatives to help prevent diseases and injuries of patients in a correctional setting. The Physician works under the direction of the Site Medical Director and/or the Statewide Medical Director in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure that efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided.
