Restorative Aide (CNA Required)
Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Restorative Aide to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality resident care while supporting restorative nursing programs that help residents maintain their highest level of independence and functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed nursing staff and therapy teams
- Encourage resident participation in exercises, ambulation, range-of-motion activities, and daily living skills
- Accurately document restorative services and resident progress
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 6 months CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving residents’ quality of life
