The Product Specialist role is exciting opportunity is part of our Vacuum Mart Division, where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers by combining deep product knowledge with a consultative approach. Reporting to the Business Segment Manager, this role focuses on customer interaction and multi-product solutions that drive results.

Reports to: Business Segment Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications
Provide technical support to the sales team and directly engage with customers and suppliers
Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data
Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications.
Work cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing
Assist in identifying new applications and market opportunities.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
