Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Installing and mounting nonelectrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware
  • Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at stations
  • Reading blueprint and engineering specifications
  • Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality are met
  • Clean and inspect the product for quality standards
  • Responsible for leading and assisting personnel in the completion of daily production tasks.
  • Responsible for communicating tasks and instruction to work cell personnel.
  • Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned department.
  • Must be familiar with all aspects and processes of the department assigned.
  • Should be able to qualify for the highest ranking job classification within the department assigned.
  • Ensuring that all of the parts are being ordered and put through the system as well as being the lead over the machine operators.
  • This department will have interdepartmental communication to ensure they are receiving the product in a timely manner
  • Responsible for graphic quotes
  • Designing graphics for Ambulances.
  • Ability to work closely with dealers and customers.
  •  

 

Required education, skills, and experience to be successful:

 

  • Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Preferred high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements
  • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
  • Successful completion of the drug and background screening

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders.
