What You’ll Do:

  • Obtain and validate prior authorizations for scheduled services
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance payers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
  • Document all authorizations accurately in our scheduling system

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; insurance authorization experience a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and other required immunizations
